The purpose of this document is to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL that are of mandatory acceptance and compliance by all persons, professionals and companies (hereinafter the USER), who wish to make use of these (current or new services that SUANDCO provides in the future through the PORTAL).

OBLIGATIONS USERS, USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENTS;

The user who intends to establish any technical link device from its website to the portal www.suandco.com must obtain prior written authorization from SUANDCO. The establishment of the link does not imply in any case the existence of relations between the PORTAL and the owner of the site where the link is established, nor the acceptance or approval by www.suandco.com of its contents or services.

UNILATERAL MODIFICATION AND DURATION

SUANDCO reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the web PORTAL www.suandco.com as well as this legal notice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

SUANDCO does not grant any warranty and shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may result from:

SUANDCO ABOGADOS S.L.P., as stated in its “PRIVACY POLICY”, which can be consulted on our website, has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data it processes and manages, incorporating all the technical means and measures within its reach to guarantee its confidentiality, prevent its misuse, loss, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain) for any dispute arising from access to the PORTAL.
