For what purposes do we process your personal data?
SUANDCO processes the information provided by the interested parties for the following purposes:

- Please note that we destroy any CV sent to us spontaneously.

How long will we keep your data?
If you are a SUANDCO customer, tax and accounting documentation will be kept for 6 and 4 years respectively (art. 30 of the Commercial Code and art. 66 of the General Tax Law, respectively), except for specific deadlines.
If you are an employee or collaborator of SUANDCO, they will be kept from the moment you leave the company for the maximum legal limitation period of five years.
If they have been provided through your contact, when the reason for the contact ends and if you are subscribed to our newsletter, when you request to unsubscribe.
We also retain your data to comply with the requirements of applicable law, prevent unlawful actions, resolve disputes, and other actions permitted by law, i.e., for the legally required time periods. Once we no longer need to process your data, we will delete and/or block it in accordance with our data retention and deletion policy and the legal statute of limitations in accordance with applicable law. After these deadlines we will destroy your data.

As user or customer, you are solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data you send us, exonerating SUANDCO from any liability in this regard. The user or customer guarantees and responds, in any case, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, undertaking to keep them updated.

SUANDCO, informs you that it will carry out processing orders to third parties in accordance with the RGPD, requiring on our part to comply with all the guarantees of data protection, specifically to the provider of hosting services and web management, or others that comply with these guarantees. All utilities offered by third parties are strictly necessary for the development of our services and have been selected in compliance with the rights that we preserve on this website.
